For the past two years, the International Christian Triathlon Network (ICTN) Triathlon/Endurance Camp has been one of the highlights of my year. This year was no different, and while I would honestly struggle to say which camp has been my favorite, this one had some great, added blessings!

An Amazing Spring!
Our spring has been filled with amazing opportunities! Some have been large, involving many Teammates and potentially impacting many. Others have been small, intimate gatherings, many of which I likely don’t even know about. I’ll briefly cover some of them here, knowing that this is just a small taste of what our Team has been doing across the country. Praise God for abundant opportunities and your faithfulness in making the most of them! Photo: Wildflower Booth: Carl, Robin, & Laurie Abrams, Kirk Nelson, Brian & Jill Grasky, and Jamie Whitmore

The 2008 FCA Endurance Boise Time Trial was a huge success. We had 51 racers come out, including 4 local Teammates. The event not only served as a great outreach to the Boise cycling community, but also met our requirement to become an officially recognized cycling club with USA Cycling. A huge thank you to the Boise Huddle for organizing and serving at this great event. The prayers for a dry, safe course were also answered as the rain stopped and held off until after the course was torn down! Right: Teammates Tony Bunt, Chris Berry, and Robb Floth warm-up for the race. Results are posted below:

The Spiritual Bonk
Some of you may recall the article I wrote in the August '07 Aid Station called, "Be Courageous." In the article, I mentioned a pastor and Teammate, Toby Toburen (pictured right), out in South Carolina who was doing a related sermon series on "What Did Jesus Do" (WDJD). I also suggested in fun that we should invite him to be a guest writer. Well, he has taken me/us up on the offer and written an article to share, which I am happy to pass along.
If you would like to read past editions of the Aid Station, they are available for download from our links and downloads page.

Intentional Living in 2008
A late Happy New Year to you all! As 2007 has ended and 2008 is beginning, it seems appropriate for most to take some time, reflect on this past year or beyond, and think of how 2008 could be the best year yet. It’s a time of planning, dreaming, and plotting out how you can be a part of that vision and live out your best year. It is my hope that as you have thought about 2007, you have had much to celebrate and can see God working in and through your life. It is also my prayer that as you look at 2008 and any goals, plans, dreams, or resolutions you may have made, that becoming more like Christ is at the center.
As I have gone through this process of reflection, self-evaluation, and Spirit-guided goal setting, a few thoughts have emerged that I will try to incorporate into my life. I would like to share these in case they might benefit you as well.
1. Fewer and Deeper-
2. Live out God’s Priorities-
3. Live for God Today-
